ImmunoStrip®Citrus canker pathogen (Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. Citri,Xac) test strips were used to detect the presence of Xac in citrus fruits. The citrus canker test strip can detect the Asian strain of citrus canker (strain A) and cannot detect strain A *, strain Aw (Wellington), or type A serum.
