Illegal Addition Tests
Dairy is one of the important nutritious foods for human beings, which is rich in protein, vitamins, calcium and other nutrients needed by human beings, and has high nutritional value, so it is favored by consumers. Driven by interests, some lawbreakers mix starch, antibiotics, melamine, sodium thiocyanate, leather hydrolyzed protein and other substances into dairy products to make adulterated food in order to make exorbitant profits and disrupt the normal order of the market.
In 2008, in order to severely crack down on the illegal addition of non-edible substances in food production and operation, the abuse of food additives and the use of illegal drugs in feed production and aquaculture, the Ministry of Health published the list of non-edible substances that may be illegally added to food. In recent years, adulteration means are becoming more and more sophisticated, making it more and more difficult to detect adulteration of dairy products. Therefore, a fast and efficient detection method is necessary.
Baotai Charm beta-lactamase detection kit
The β-lactamase detection kit uses a competitive receptor-ligand immunoassay, using the principle that β-lactamase can decompose β-lactam antibiotics in milk samples, and rapidly determines the residual penicillin G content after reaction with β-lactamase, so as to detect the residual β-lactamase in milk. The kit can quickly detect residual β-lactamase in milk samples with high sensitivity.
