The folic acid detection kit uses a microbial method to quantitatively detect the total amount of folic acid (added folic acid and native folic acid) in food, feed and medicine. The kit contains all the reagents and standards required for the experiment, and the kit can perform 96 assays. The folic acid detection kit is a quantitative detection of the total amount of folic acid in food, feed and medicine by microbial method. The microbiological detection method follows AOAC international norms and conforms to national standards. The medium and the diluted sample extract are added to the microwells coated with Lactobacillus rhamnosus (Lactobacillusrhamnosus), and the Lactobacillus rhamnosus will grow until the folic acid in the culture liquid is completely consumed. 37 C, dark, incubated for 44-48 hours. The growth status (turbidity) of Lactobacillus rhamnosus was positively correlated with the content of folic acid. The sample turbidity was read by microplate reader at 610-630nm or 540-550nm wavelength, and the folic acid content could be obtained by comparing the turbidity of the sample with the standard curve.
