Product Description
BaotaiCharm Peel Plate Coliforms(E. coli and coliform bacteria)It can be used to detect and count coliforms (including E. coli) in dairy products, food and water. Coliforms and E. coli are important indicators of hygiene. Peel Plate coliform assay sheets were based on the standard agar method, and color changes indicated inColiforms and E. coli grew at 35°C. The medium contained salmon-gal (6-chloro-3-indole-β-D-galactosidase) for detection of β-galactosidase produced by E. coli and X-glucuronide (5-bromo-4-chloro-3-indole-β-D-glucuronide) for detection of β-glucuronidase produced by E. coli.
