Product Description
PeelPlate total coliform detection sheet can detect and count the total number of coliform bacteria. Dairy products were cultured at 32±1 ℃, and the total number of coliform bacteria in dairy products could be determined by this method. At 35±1 ℃ for 24 hours, the method can be used to determine the total number of coliforms in food dilutions, surface swabs and water samples. The sample or serial dilutions of the sample are added to the test strip and incubated at 32±1°C or 35±1°C for 24±2 hours (the incubation temperature depends on the type of sample). The detection sheet can be used in microbiology laboratories, farms, dairy processing enterprises and food factories.
