Enterobacteriaceae detection
The Baotai Charm Peel Plate Enterobacteriaceae test strip (Peel Plate EB) detects microorganisms through a simplified culture method. The detection sheet contains the prepared culture medium, and has an adhesive sheet. Quickly add the sample to the center of the test piece, and the sample will automatically spread without a diffusion device. Turn over the detection sheet and stack the culture (up to 20 detection sheets can be stacked). Peel Plate Enterobacteriaceae test piece was based on the traditional method, and colored colonies were generated by incubation at 37 ℃ for 48 hours. There is a gap between the detection sheet and the adhesive sheet, so colonies can be picked for separation and identification.
