The β-lactamase detection kit uses a competitive receptor-ligand immunoassay, using the principle that β-lactamase can decompose β-lactam antibiotics in milk samples, and rapidly determines the residual penicillin G content after reaction with β-lactamase, so as to detect the residual β-lactamase in milk. The kit can quickly detect residual β-lactamase in milk samples with high sensitivity. The detection limit was 4U/ml.
