Baotai Charm F-AP alkaline phosphatase rapid test kit

F-AP is a second generation chemiluminescence test method based on the ISO standardized method PasLite. The pasteurization effect of dairy products can be judged in less than a minute using the CharmF-AP (rapid alkaline phosphatase) test. F-AP tests are not only fast, but also easy to perform and easy to calibrate. Add the milk sample to the F-AP sample tube, and then insert the sample tube into the Biofluorescence detector II-X the Baotai Charm novaLUM, mix and read the results. The Baotai Charm novaLUM II-X measures the luminescence intensity, which is proportional to the amount of alkaline phosphatase in the sample. The detection limit for liquid dairy products is 20mU/L alkaline phosphatase (about 0.002 percent raw milk), which is well below the 350mU/L level (0.1 percent raw milk) required by most public health agencies. F-AP methods have been independently evaluated and serve as PasLite equivalents. The F-AP is approved by the U. S. Department of Agriculture and Forestry and is used to validate dairy pasteurization. Features: One-step detection does not require other reagents or incubation automatic calibration (no manual calibration). No sample processing is required for 45 seconds. The detection limit of the result is 20mU/L certification by the authority: f-AP based on CharmPasLite(ISO/IDF official method) FDANCIMS (National Intercontinental Dairy Trade Association of the United States) approved by the New Zealand Food Safety Authority (NZFSA) certified by the Australian Tasmanian Dairy Industry Authority (TDIA) certified by the American Public Health Association (APHA) dairy standard testing method
