Add the culture medium and diluted sample extract to the lactobacillus plantarum (Lactobacillus plantarum), Lactobacillus plantarum will continue to grow until the pantothenic acid in the culture solution is completely consumed.37 C, dark, incubated for 20-24 hours. The growth status (turbidity) of Lactobacillus plantarum was positively correlated with the content of pantothenic acid. The turbidity of the sample was read at 610-630nm or 540-550nm wavelength by using a microplate reader, and the content of pantothenic acid could be obtained by comparing the turbidity of the sample with the standard curve.
