ROSA FAST5 Voltaminotoxin Rapid Quantitative Test Strip
ROSA®The detection principle of FAST5 fumonisin rapid quantitative detection strip is immunochromatography, which uses the flow measurement technology of rapid one-step detection. The fumonisin (FLIM) in the samples was extracted using 70% methanol. The extract is reacted with the colored microparticles and, after the reaction is complete, the color intensity of the test and control zones is read using a ROSA-M reader and the results are converted to the fumonisin concentration (in ppb or ppm) in the sample. Features: The quantitative results can be obtained in 5 minutes. The colloidal gold three-line quantitative method is adopted. The results are more accurate and the detection range is wider. The sample processing is simple. The one-step analysis and detection results can be comparable to HPLC method. It can be applied to laboratories and can also be applied to local standards for feed detection of grain, feed and other samples in Jiangxi Province.
