This immune strip is only applicable to testingRoundup Ready®cotton cultivars (expressing NPTII protein) andRoundup Ready®Flex cotton variety (does not express NPTII protein). It is not recommended to test cotton for any multiple traits, such as Bollgard II andRoundup Ready®cotton, also not recommended for mixed detection of seeds and leaves.
ImmunoStrip®The NPTII test strip only detected NPTII protein and had no cross-reaction with PAT/bar, PAT/ PAT, Bt-Cry1Ac, Bt-Cry2Ab or Bt-Cry1F.
