AllerGiene is a highly sensitive ATP detection stick, which can be used to detect the residues of common food allergens including milk, nuts, crustaceans, beans, sesame and other common food allergens. The detection sensitivity can reach the same level as that of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
The AllerGiene allergen rapid detection rod is simple, sensitive and fast, and can complete allergen detection on production countertops, production pipelines and other occasions within 20 seconds. It can quickly detect the cleaning results after the production line is cleaned, especially when the production line involves parallel production of different series of products. In case of endless cleaning and food allergen residues, the cleaning can be reproduced in time to avoid product risks and unnecessary losses caused by allergen residues. At the same time, compared with the classical ELISA method to detect allergens, AllerGiene can save a lot of detection time.
