Test strip for detection of lotus seed flower leaf virus and papaya leaf virus
ImmunoStrip®Lotus seed flower leaf virus and papaya leaf virus (Alternanthera mosaic virus (AltMV) / Papaya mosaic virus (PapMV)) test strips were used to detect the presence of lotus seed flower leaf virus and or papaya leaf virus in ornamental crops. Agdia's lotus seed mosaic virus/papaya mosaic virus detection test strip was developed using papaya mosaic virus antibodies, which have high cross-reactivity to lotus seed mosaic virus, which is closely related to papaya mosaic virus. Both the lotus seed mosaic virus and the papaya mosaic virus are members of the poxvirus genus, known for their non-enveloped, curved filamentous virus particles.
