The amount of bovine alpha-lactalbumin occupies the second place in bovine whey, accounting for 20-25% of bovine whey protein. 74% of the amino acid sequence in bLA is homologous to human α-lactalbumin, so it is an important raw material for some foods.
Evergreen TREATMCowThe α-lactalbumin ELISA kit can quantitatively detect natural active bLA in milk and milk powder, which is rapid, sensitive and reliable. The kit contains all the reagents required for the ELISA reaction. The kit is sufficient for 96 tests (including standards).
Detection principle
This kit is the use of double anti sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for detection. Microplate coated with anti-cattleα-lactalbumin antibody, after adding bovine α-lactalbumin standard or sample, free bovine α-lactalbumin is combined with the pre-coated anti-bovine α-lactalbumin antibody on the microplate, and the captured bovine α-lactalbumin is combined with the enzyme-labeled anti-bovine α-lactalbumin antibody. TMB substrate is used to develop color, and the color changes from blue to yellow after adding acidic termination solution, the absorbance value was determined by microplate reader at 450nm wavelength, and the absorbance value was proportional to the content of bovine α-lactalbumin in the sample. The test results can be obtained by comparing the absorbance value of the sample with the absorbance value of the standard provided by the kit.
