Detection principle
EvergreenTREATMEscherichia coliThe O157 test strip uses the principle of double antibody sandwich immunochromatography to detect E. coli O157 in the sample.The test strip includes a reagent pad with antibodies that recognize E. coli-Platinum conjugate and a detection line for labeled E. coli antibodies. The sample enrichment solution first passes through the reagent pad. In the presence of E. coli, the antibody-platinum conjugate forms a complex with E. coli that can be captured by the antibody coated on the test line, resulting in the formation of a black color on the test line. In the absence of E. coli, the complex could not form, resulting in no black color development on the test line. Excess antibody-platinum conjugate is captured by the quality control line, forming a black control line. Therefore, only the quality control line indicates that the sample is negative, while the quality control line and the detection line exist at the same time., Indicates that the positive sample is positive, and no control line indicates that the detection is invalid.
