ROSA FAST5 Vomitoxin 5 minute rapid quantitative test strip

ROSA®FAST5 vomiting toxin DON 5 minutes rapid quantitative detection strip detection principle is immunochromatography. Water was used to extract emesis toxins from the sample. The extract is reacted with the colored microparticles and, after completion of the reaction, the color intensity of the test area is read using a ROSA-M reader and the result is converted to the emitoxin concentration in the sample (in ppb). Features: The quantitative results can be obtained in 5 minutes. The colloidal gold three-line quantitative method is adopted. The results are more accurate and the detection range is wider. The sample treatment is simple. The one-step analysis and detection results can be comparable to HPLC method. It can be applied to laboratories and can also be applied to on-site samples such as grains and feeds.
