ROSA Ochratoxin Quantitative Test Strip

The detection principle of ROSA ochratoxin (quantitative) rapid detection strip is immunochromatography. Ochratoxin A in the samples was extracted using 70% methanol. The extract is reacted with the colored microparticles. After the reaction is completed, the color intensity of the detection area is read using a ROSA-M reader or CharmEZ-M, and the result is converted to the concentration of ochratoxin A in the sample (in ppb). Features: The quantitative results can be obtained in 10 minutes. The colloidal gold three-line quantitative method is adopted. The results are more accurate and the detection range is wider. The sample treatment is simple. The one-step analysis and detection results can be comparable to HPLC method and can be applied to laboratories. It can also be applied to grain, feed and other samples on site. The GIPSA of the United States Department of Agriculture verifies the national grain and oil detection industry standard of Jiangxi feed local standard.
