The sample is hydrolyzed by acid to release L-hydroxyproline, which is oxidized by chloramine T to generate epoxide containing pyrrole, and the excess chloramine T is destroyed by perchloric acid, and the reaction of L-hydroxyproline oxide with dimethylaminobenzaldehyde to generate red compounds is simple and convenient, and the color development results have a maximum absorbance value at 560nm. The detection principle of the kit is the same as the standard detection method published by the Ministry of Agriculture, but the operation is simpler and the detection time is greatly shortened,Detection can be completed within 2 hours.
