ImmunoStrip®Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus (Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus ,CGMMV) test strips were used to detect the presence of Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus in cucumber crops. Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus is a genus of dopa virus, known for baculovirus particles. ImmunoStrip®It is specific for cucumber green mottle mosaic virus and does not cross-react with other viruses that may infect melons. The cucumber green mottle mosaic virus test strip was redeveloped in 2016 and has higher sensitivity than other commercially available immunological assay products (including ELISA). Cucumber green mottle mosaic virus detection The strip test is an ideal screening tool for resistant genotypes, field inspection of seed crops, reconnaissance and disease diagnosis. The test is simple to operate, requires no equipment or expertise, and results are obtained in just a few minutes, making it perfect for use in the field or in a greenhouse.
