Product Description
ImmunoStrip®Potato virus Y and potato YN(Potato virus Y and Potato virus Y - necrotic strain ,PVY/PVYN) Test strips are used to detect potato virus Y and potato Y in potato leaves and buds.N The presence of the virus. Potato virus Y is a member of the genus Wautavirus, known for its non-enveloped, curved filamentous virus particles.
Potato Virus Y/Potato YNThe test strip is a multi-line test strip that not only identifies the presence of potato virus Y, but also indicates whether the potato virus Y present in the sample is a necrotic strain of the virus. The test strip contains two test lines and a quality control line (the test works properly). One of the test lines can detect all potato Y virus strains, while the second test line can only detect potato YNSerotype virus strains. If potato Y virus and potato YN If the virus detection line is visible, the sample is infected with potato virus Y.Nserotype strains. If only the potato virus Y test line is visible, the sample is infected with PVYOserotype strains. If there is only the quality control line, it indicates that the result is negative for all strains of potato virus Y.
The test strip is a rapid diagnostic tool for potato virus Y disease management. Potato growers and inspectors can identify potato virus Y in the field and assess a plant occurrence with potato virus YNIs the risk of potato tuber necrosis disease (PTNRD) associated with recombinant strains higher.
