"Students drinking milk pasteurized milk" and other three group standards issued

On May 6, the three group standards of "Student Drinking Milk Pasteurized Milk", "Student Drinking Milk Fermented Milk" and "Student Drinking Milk School Operation Specification" were released. The standards will be officially implemented on September 1, 2022. On the same day, the China Dairy Association also issued the "National" Student Milk Program "Promotion and Management Measures" (revised version). The Measures add two product categories, pasteurized milk for student drinking milk and fermented milk for student drinking milk, and stipulate that the new product categories should conform to the group standards of "pasteurized milk for student drinking milk" and "fermented milk for student drinking milk.

Compared with the national standard of "Pasteurized Milk for Students Drinking Milk", the group standard of "Pasteurized Milk" increases the activity index of alkaline phosphatase, and the requirements of fat and protein are more strict.
Detection method of alkaline phosphatase-NY/T 3799
"Pasteurized milk for student drinking milk" stipulates that alkaline phosphatase activity should be tested according to NY/T 3799.
