Bt-Cry2Ab & Bt-Cry3Bb1ELISA kits can be used to detect the presence or absence of Bt-Cry2Ab and Bt-Cry3Bb1 proteins in corn. Corn products containing MON 863 are also expected to be positive for Bt-Cry3Bb1 when this test is used.
No cross-reactivity was detected for the following transgenic traits/in available corn seed or purified protein standards:
