The Agdia mBt-Cry3A ELISA kit can be used to qualitatively detect the modified Cry3A protein (mCry3A) expressed in seeds and leaves. The kit can identify mBt-Cry3a proteins, and Bt-Cry3Bb1, Bt-Cry34Ab, Bt-Cry1Ab, Bt-Cry1Ac, Bt-Cry1F, Bt-Cry9C, CP4 EPSPS (Roundup Ready®) or PAT (LibertyLink®) No cross reaction.

The Vip3A ELISA kit was used for the qualitative detection of Vip3A protein in maize leaves or seeds. The kit does not cross-react with Bt-Cry1Ab, Bt-Cry1A.105, Bt-Cry2A, bt-cry3a, Bt-Cry1F, Bt-Cry3Bb1, Bt-Cry34/35 Ab1, ecry3.1Ab, CspB, amy797E, PAT/ PAT, NPTII, GA21 or CP4 EPSPS transgenic proteins.

Agdia Roundup Ready®ELISA kits were used to determine whether CP4 EPSPS protein was expressed in maize, cotton and soybean. The ELISA kit is suitable for single seed and single leaf detection or batch composite detection.

The eCry3.1Ab ELISA kit was used to detect the presence or absence of eCry3.1Ab protein expressed in maize seeds, leaves or kernels. It has been verified that the ELISA can detect corn 5307 containing Syngenta (Agrisure Duracade®) of the eCry3.1Ab protein expressed in the product. The kit does not cross-react with GA21 (mEPSPS), Bt11 (Cry1Ab), mCry3A or MIR162 (Vip3A).
