Baotai Charm ROSA antibiotic test strip is based on ligand receptor detection technology. The receptor ligand detection technology uses the drug residue to be detected as a ligand, which cleverly solves the problem of high-specificity identification of drug residues in samples. Based on this principle, the ROSA test strip can identify the mother ring of the drug with high specificity and high affinity, and has more cross-reaction to similar drugs than antigen-antibody technology, which has special characteristics.

 

 

 

Baotai Charm ROSA Antibiotic Lateral Flow Test Strip

The Baotai Charm II test is designed for use by veterinarians, laboratories and regulatory personnel and needs to be run on a Baotai Charm II system. Comprehensive analysis of veterinary drug residues in a variety of matrices can be carried out, and the sensitivity meets the requirements of China, EU MRL and US FDA.

The baotai Charm II antibiotic assay uses binding reagents with specific receptor sites. The binding reagent is added to the sample along with the tracer-labeled ligand reagent. Veterinary drug residues in the sample compete with the tracer for binding to the receptor site. The amount of tracer bound to the receptor site is determined and compared to the quality control point (the control point is the threshold between negative or positive samples). The greater the dose of the tracer, the lower the residual concentration of the veterinary drug in the sample, and the smaller the dose of the tracer, the greater the residual concentration of the veterinary drug in the sample.
