The eCry3.1Ab ELISA kit was used to detect the presence or absence of eCry3.1Ab protein expressed in maize seeds, leaves or kernels. It has been verified that the ELISA can detect corn 5307 containing Syngenta (Agrisure Duracade®) of the eCry3.1Ab protein expressed in the product.
The kit does not cross-react with GA21 (mEPSPS), Bt11 (Cry1Ab), mCry3A or MIR162 (Vip3A).
