The Zhongjian Baotai lactulose detection kit adopts the determination method of lactulose in NY/T 939-2016, which is more rapid and sensitive, and the detection result is equivalent to the standard. It is suitable for quantitative determination of lactulose content in pasteurized milk, sterilized milk and whole milk powder, and can be used for identification of reconstituted milk and judgment of heating degree of milk.
