Product Description

Evergreen TREATMCowIgA kit can quantitatively detect natural active bovine IgA in milk and milk powder, which is rapid, sensitive and reliable. The kit contains all the reagents required for the ELISA reaction. The kit is sufficient for 96 tests (including standards).
Detection principle
This kit is the use of double anti sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for detection. Microplate coated with anti-cattleIg A antibody, after adding bovine Ig A standard or sample, free bovine Ig A binds with the pre-coated anti-bovine Ig A antibody on the microplate, the captured bovine Ig A binds with the enzyme-labeled anti-bovine Ig A antibody again, develops color with TMB substrate, changes color from blue to yellow after adding acidic stop solution, and the absorbance value is measured at 450nm wavelength with a microplate reader, the absorbance value is proportional to the content of bovine Ig A in the sample. The test results can be obtained by comparing the absorbance value of the sample with the absorbance value of the standard provided by the kit.
