Vitamin B12 detection kit uses a microbial method to quantitatively detect the total amount of vitamin B12 (added vitamin B12 and native vitamin B12) in food, feed and medicine. The kit contains all reagents and standards for 96 assays. Vitamin B12 detection kit is a microbial method for quantitative detection of total vitamin B12 in food, feed and medicine. The growth status (turbidity) of Lactobacillus deldenkii was positively correlated with the content of vitamin B12, and the turbidity of the sample was read at 610-630nm or 540-550nm wavelength by using a microplate reader, and the content of vitamin B12 could be obtained by comparing the turbidity of the sample with the standard curve.
