ROSA FAST5 Zearalenone Rapid Quantitative Test Strip
The rapid quantitative detection strip of baotai Charm ROSAFAST5 zearalenone is based on the principle of immunochromatography, uses ROSA lateral flow technology, and uses 70% methanol to extract zearalenone in the sample. The sample extract reacts with the colored microparticles in the test strip. After the reaction was complete, the color intensity of the detection zone was read using a ROSA-M reader and the results were converted to the concentration of zearalenone in the sample in ppb.
