Measurement range:0.04-100ng aflatoxin. The detection limit was less than 0.04ng aflatoxin.

Maximum binding capacity
The maximum binding capacity is1.2 μg total aflatoxin. If the total amount of aflatoxin in 2ml PBS exceeds 1.2 μg, such as 4 μg, incubate in the immunoaffinity column for 5 minutes, then wash with 2ml PBS to determine the unbound aflatoxin. The difference between the total amount of aflatoxin added and the unbound aflatoxin is only the maximum binding amount of the immunoaffinity column.
