ImmunoStrip®Melon fruit spot virus (Acidovorax avenae subsp. citrulli ,Aac) test strips were used to detect the presence of melon fruit spot virus, the causative agent of bacterial fruit spot disease, in watermelon, pumpkin, squash and cantaloupe. The test can be used to test that leaves, fruits, bacterial cultures and seedlings exhibit symptoms of melon fruit spot virus.
