Detection principle
This kit is the use of double anti sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay method for detection. The microplate is coated with anti-lactoferrin antibody. After adding lactoferrin standard or sample, the free lactoferrin binds to the pre-coated anti-lactoferrin antibody on the microplate, and the captured lactoferrin binds to the enzyme-labeled anti-lactoferrin antibody.TMB substrate color, after the addition of acidic stop solution from blue to yellow, with a microplate reader at 450nm wavelength to determine the absorbance value, absorbance value and the content of lactoferrin in the sample is proportional. The test results can be obtained by comparing the absorbance value of the sample with the absorbance value of the standard provided by the kit.
