Baotai Charm EPIC-PLUS Commercial Sterility Test System
The Baotai Charm EPIC-Plus commercial sterility detection system uses the ATP bioluminescence principle and can be used to detect the commercial sterility of UHT milk and infant formulas such as meat and fruit puree. Faster and more accurate than traditional commercial sterility testing methods, it has become a widely used rapid detection method for UHT and ESL high and low acid products. The operation process is automated, and the test results are automatically obtained by adding samples. The rapid detection of 96 samples can be completed within 30 minutes, and the EPICLINK software can be used for data management. The system can shorten the inspection time of most products to 24-72 hours, reduce inventory and storage costs, and detect process contamination earlier; the results are reliable, all microorganisms contain ATP, but not all change pH, produce CO2 or grow on agar.
