Job Description:
1, responsible for the company's new and old customers product consulting and experimental training;
2. Be responsible for answering the problems encountered by the company's customers in the process of using the products;
3, responsible for the company's product performance verification;
4. Assist sales staff in customer maintenance;
5. Assist sales staff to do a good job in product promotion;
6, assist the marketing department personnel to prepare relevant product data, and update the product data in a timely manner. (mainly for the specification revision and update).
Requirements:
1. Master degree or above in biology or food related major, understand and be familiar with the principles and knowledge of biotechnology, bioengineering and other similar majors;
2. Have strong experimental ability, good experimental operation habits, and have a certain understanding of ELISA experimental principles, colloidal gold technical principles and microbial experiments;
3. At least 1 year working experience in biotechnology is preferred;
4. CET-4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading and writing ability, can read relevant professional materials;
5. Strong communication and problem-solving skills, strong sense of teamwork;
6, have good adaptability, can adapt to short-term irregular travel.
